A year round childcare and early learning program for families who value an exceptional educational experience

The Brotman Early Learning Center believes that all children are unique individuals who learn best through play and exploration.

We provide a secure, nurturing, and creative environment where all children build a foundation of self-confidence and a love of learning.

Our developmentally appropriate program teaches Jewish values and incorporates Jewish traditions into the daily lives of the children. BELC draws from a mix of several well researched curricula including the Reggio Emilia model, the Project Approach, and Creative Curriculum.

The Brotman Early Learning Center provides:

  • Enrollment for children ages 6 weeks through 5 years. Full time, part time, and half day options are available.
  • Open 7am-6pm, year round
  • Competitive rates and limited scholarships
  • Healthy and nutritional snacks (following vegetarian and kosher standards) included.
  • 3 classrooms with all new, child-focused materials and equipment. Indoor and outdoor play areas, including a garden for children to explore.
  • Excellent child to staff ratios.

Our infant classroom provides a calm, nurturing environment where infants are allowed to develop at their own pace and on their own schedule. Feedings, rest, and play are up to each child’s individual schedule.

Toddlers and Preschoolers

The toddler and preschool classrooms have a consistent daily schedule that allows for free play, small group time, large group time, gross motor activity, meals, and a rest period. Lesson plans are available weekly for families to consult and center on a theme or current interest of the children.

Parents as Partners

We believe that the parents are the child’s first and foremost teacher. We welcome families to share their knowledge, experiences, and valueswith the BELC staff in order to create the best possible environment for the children.
